MBS Update: What Changed on 1 November 2026 – Phone Care Plans, Kids Checks and MMM
The November MBS changes commenced on 1 November 2026 and are now in force. GPs can prepare and review a chronic condition management plan by phone (items 92033 and 92034), bill the new Medicare Healthy Kids Check for 3-year-olds, and order paediatric ambulatory blood pressure monitoring, while Modified Monash classifications have moved to the 2023 model.
